Livingstone University of Tourism Excellence & Business Management - LIUTEBM University was established in the year 2009. LIUTEBM University is a Registered Private Higher Education Institution under the Zambian Higher Education Act (HEA) with HEA Registration Number HEA/026. The University is legally empowered to offer and grant degrees, diplomas and certificates via Full-time as well as ODL mode of learning. The University offers Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Programs in different disciplines and branches of education including Environment, Pollution and Climate Change, Health Sciences, Law, Business, Education, Nursing etc. at the University Campus. For International students, it has established its School of International Programs – SoIP which facilitates quality university programs up to Doctoral levels via Online & off-campus modes. The University has a technical collaboration with GradXs Technologies, India to assist the university in international enrollment, education management and portal & web services to the LIUTEBM School of International Programs.
